Father’s Day is coming up
Yes, I got the site and the online shop all wrapped up for Father’s Day. It took about 2.5 hours and I am glad its done. We will also send out our newsletter tonight, which highlights our specials a little bit. Overall I am very pleased with the flavor of the whiskey chocolates, today I added slightly more whiskey than last time - I am sure no-one will mind 
We made all ganaches today and ran almost out of boards to put them on. Tomorrow we will first cut & separate the ganaches and then go on to enrobing, probably after lunch. We will enrobe for approx. 3 hours and then pack boxes until dusk….. We still have a lot to do before we leave to Italy on Monday. While we are gone, the office will be staffed by Cyndy.
That reminds me that I wanted to see if I can ‘rent’ a laptop for the time we are gone. That would make things much easier on the go …. the house we are staying in does not have phone or internet (!) ….
