Since 1726 the Wanders Family has produced world-class chocolates, pastries and savories throughout Europe. Master Chocolatier Wilhelm and his wife Chef Melanie, strive to redefine the quality of American artisanal chocolates. Every stage of production is done by hand, including the mixing, pouring, cutting, piping, and enrobing of ganaches, as well as the final decoration and adornment of each confection. By combining traditional European chocolate production methods with fresh, local ingredients, they are able to provide their customers with daily luxurious and exclusive edible rewards.
Unique only to Chocolaterie Wanders is their in-house production of nut marzipans and nougat.
